About
I'm Rachel. I make videos for consumer brands and help small teams figure out what to actually post.
My TikTok (@therachelmccarthy) is where I work out my own taste in public. The work I do for clients applies the same lens to their products and audiences — what to say, how to say it, and what to leave out. I work with a small number of brands at a time and care a lot about the ones I take on.
Good content isn't a volume problem. It's a clarity problem. Most brands don't need more posts; they need a clearer point of view. That's where I start.
